According to an recent brochure, the GT version of the Volkswagen Up! will get 110 horsepower.
Rumors says that the Up! GT will be powered by a 1.0-liter three-cylinder engine with 110 hp and 175 Nm of torque. The engine will be more powerful than the current 1.0-liter engine and is expected to meet the Euro 6 standards. It is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission, allowing the 960 kg car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 8.5 seconds and hit a top speed of 195 km/h, while burning just 4.5-liter of fuel every 100 km.
