Ford Racing has announced plans to offer a new lineup of 2.0-liter 4-cylinder crate engines.
The first naturally-aspirated engine will be available in the spring of 2012 and it will feature direct-injection, variable valve timing and an output of 160 to 175 hp.
Later, the engine lineup will expand with more production-based performance engines including turbocharged EcoBoost variants.
