Audi has officially unveiled the all-wheel-drive version the A1, the 2012 A1 Quattro.
Available exclusively in Glacier White metallic, the model is distinguished by an aggressive front bumper, gloss black accents, huge 12.28-inch disc brakes and 18-inch turbine design wheels. There's also a dual exhaust system, tinted rear windows, LED tail lights and a prominent rear spoiler.
Inside, the cabin gets an electrohydraulic power steering with a direct 14.8:1 steering ratio, Silk Nappa leather sport seats, gloss black trim and stainless steel pedals. There's also LED interior lighting package, MMI navigation plus, automatic air conditioning and a Bose audio system.
Power comes from a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine with 256 hp and 350 Nm of torque. It is connected to six-speed manual transmission, allowing the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.7 seconds and hit a top speed of 245 km/h.
The Audi A1 quattro will be available from the second half of 2012 and only 333 units will be produced.
