Daihatsu has introduced the PICO EV Concept in Tokyo.
According to the carmaker, the vehicle is 2,400 mm long, 1,000 mm wide and 1,530 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 1,830 mm. It offers a tandem seating layout, with access being granted by a protective door.
Daihatsu says that the PICO tips the scales at just 400kg (or about 880 pounds).
Power comes from an electric motor with an estimated range of 50 km (31 miles) and hit a top speed of 50 km/h. As for the charging time, the battery needs two hours to be fully replenished.
