Tesla has released their third quarter earnings statement, the press release includes some interesting new details about the company's future product lineup.
Accordingly, Tesla announced the signing a letter of intent to develop an electric powertrain for an upcoming Mercedes model.
Details of this deal remain confidential, but the company specifically mentions the A-Class EV, so the rumors indicating the future arrival of a B- or S-Class EV can become reality.
Besides, Tesla said that it will introduce the Model X later this year. In addition, the Model S will be launched in July, 2012.
