Chevrolet has announced that their one millionth Cruze has been sold this week.
In 2011, the company is also celebrating 100 years of existence. Chris Perry, vice president of Chevrolet global marketing and strategy, said “I can’t think of a better birthday present. Cruze’s combination of style, comfort, fuel-efficiency and safety is a hit across the globe. Our customers know a winner when they drive it”.
The Cruze is the top-selling compact saloon in the U.S. for the first 10 months of 2011. Globally, the Cruze is the fourth best-selling nameplate in its segment and seventh overall.
