Tata Nano has announced a series of upgrades for the 2012 model.
First up, the car features a more powerful 624cc engine with 38 hp and 51 Nm of torque - an increase of 3 hp and 3 Nm. In addition, the company also claims that fuel-efficiency improves to 25.4 km/liter, up from existing 23.6 km/liter.
On the handling front, the Nano will features a revised suspension with a front anti-roll bar, a new steering system and booster-assisted brakes on the entry-level model. Other features include revised wheel caps and an upgraded interior.
The 2012 Tata Nano is currently on sale and pricing starts at $2,670.
