Chevrolet has introduced its global mid-size sedan Malibu at the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show.
Originally presented earlier this year at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the new Malibu is expected to hit the showrooms in Europe in the first half of 2012.
The automaker has not published specifications of the U.S. model, but the European Malibu will be available with a choice of two engines: a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 164 hp and a larger 2.4-liter petrol engine with 169 hp.
It seems that the 2013 Chevrolet Malibu will be assembled in South Korea.
