2011 Los Angeles: 2012 Porsche Panamera GTS


Yesterday, Porsche has unveiled the 2012 Panamera GTS at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

According to the automaker, the Panamera GTS is powered by a modified 4.8-liter, naturally-aspirated V8 with an output of 430 hp and 520 Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to the all-wheel drive via a 7-speed dual clutch PDK gearbox. In addition, the GTS features the Sport Chrono package as standard which helps that power flow without interruption.

The 4-door coupe accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 4.3 seconds and hit a top speed of 286 km/h. Fuel consumption is 10.9-liter/100 km - 10.7-liter with low roll-resistance tires.

Standard features include an air suspension that lowers the vehicle by 10 mm, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and a set of 19-inch rims with tires sized 225/45/R19 at the front and 285/40/R19 at the back, along with an Alcantara and leather finish for the sport seats.

The 2012 Porsche Panamera GTS will go on sale in February, 2012 with prices starting at €116,716 in Germany.
