Toyota has unveiled the Auris TRD at the Johannesburg International Motor Show in South Africa.
The Auris TRD features a sport-tuned suspension, an aerodynamic body kit with skirting, extended side skirts, a faux diffuser and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Power comes from a supercharged 1.6-liter engine with 181 hp at 6,400 rpm and 202 Nm of torque at 5,200 rpm. The engine is mated with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
The Toyota Auris TRD will compete directly with the Golf GTI and Opel Astra 1.6T.
