According to a ‘trusted source’, the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette will be available with a seven-speed manual transmission. If this is correct, the new Corvette could offer improved fuel efficiency and tighter gearing.
The source also said the model will be equipped by a 5.5-liter pushrod V8 engine with direct-injection and and built at the Bowling Green Assembly plant in Kentucky.
