Aston Martin has confirmed the specs on the new V12 Vantage GT3 racer.
The 6.0-liter V12 engine will be tuned to deliver 608 hp and 700 Nm of torque. The new car also has a shorter wheelbase and lower engine position than its predecessor which improves handling and performance.
The V12 Vantage GT3 will be provided with the latest race-ready ABS and Traction Control systems.
Testing of the car starts in October with deliveries will commence in early 2012. The Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 has a starting price of £298,000 (€341,000).
