Expected to go on sale in 2012, the next-generation Range Rover will be larger than the current model due to an aluminum chassis based on a modified version of the platform underpinning the Jaguar XJ.
Engine options will largely carry over from the current model, including naturally-aspirated and 5.0-liter supercharged V8, as well as a turbodiesel engine.
