Expected, the new 911 will debut at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show in September. The car is slightly bigger and roomier yet lighter than today’s version and will be equipped with two engine options: a 3.4-liter flat-six with 350 hp for the Carrera /4 and a 3.8-liter flat-six with 400 hp for the Carrera S/4S.
The two models will be offered with a new 7-speed manual gearbox and a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK automatic transmission.
