The model features a slightly upward-sweeping shoulder line and fully framed front doors which are clearly not production ready. Earlier, a report has indicated that the model will be offered with a soft top. If so, the canvas roof should ensure the car is lighter and more fuel efficient than a hard-top variant.
Expected, the car will be equipped with a variety of engines and a sport-tuned suspension like the Astra GTC. The production model is slated to be launched in late 2012.
