An agreement was signed, whereby, joint production activities will be implemented in 2012 at sites in Hildesheim, central Germany and Stuttgart in the southwest of this country.
Is home to many leading car companies of the world, but Germany seems retardation in the field production of electric vehicle, while Japan and the U.S. very positively to this field.
Last year, BMW said, to 2013, they will invest € 400 million ( $ 575 million) to produce an electric car.
