2012 BMW M5 Concept leaked before officially unveiled at the Shanghai Auto Show in the middle of this month. This is the premise for the 6th generation of BMW M5 .
According to initial information, the actual production version will not be much different from this concept, using the twin-turbo 4.4-liters V8 engine like the X6 M, maximum capacity of 546 hp, DCT dual-clutch transmission.
There will be four driving modes: Comfort, Sport, Sport-Plus and M.
July last year, BMW has announced to stop production the M5 V10, instead, from the 6th generation is the twin-turbo V8 engine.
