Audi E-tron Sold Out from 2013


Audi said, their customers have the opportunity to own new car after 2 years (2013) with the purchase price has not been disclosed.

E-Tron's first concept appeared at the Frankfurt 2009. Equipped with four electric motors, two motors mounted on a axle, with a total capacity of 313 hp and maximum torque of 4500 Nm, the car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds before reaching a speed Maximum 250 km/h.

The second generation E-tron concept was introduced at the 2010 Detroit Auto Show. The car smaller and only has two electric motors transmit power to the rear axle. Total capacity of 201 hp and torque of 2,650 Nm. The car accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 5.9 seconds. This was to be the basis for developing mass produced versions.

At 2010 Paris Motor Show, Audi continued unveiled the E-tron roadster. Audi said, the E-tron will become a brand with a series of new models similar the brand "i" of BMW.
