Although Chevrolet has hinted that a version of the Camaro will be available in showrooms from September 2010. But according to new information received from the carmaker, customers will have to wait until November, the 2012 Camaro Convertible will be officially unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
Originally expected, the model will go into production from December 2009, but by the economic crisis, General Motors had moved production date to February 2011. Thus, the car will be officially returned to the dealer from the spring of 2012.
During this announcement, GM has unveiled the specifications of the 2012 Camaro Convertible. Accordingly, the customer will have option for two V6 and V8 engines, with a list of upgrade options for this coupe.
The 2012 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible will be priced starting at $30,000 (including the shipping cost $ 850).
