2012 Mercedes CLS will be priced around $ 60,000, according to the latest announced by the German luxury car maker.
First are two versions of CLS using 6-cylinder engines available in the market in January 1 / 2011: CLS 350 CDI BlueEfficiency 3.0 liter, capacity of 265 horsepower and BlueEfficiency CLS 350 3.5 liter, capacity of 306 horsepower. CLS 500 BlueEfficiency version was equipped with V8 engine, 408 horsepower capacity, the delivery started in April 2011. Both also feature the ECO start / stop standard.
The standard electromechanical Direct-Steer system with Active Parking Assusts is available as an option for EUR 868,70. This means the CLS can not only detect parking spaces, but can also actually park the vehicle for you. The CLS is also the first car in the world to feature fully dynamical LED high-performance headlamps (EUR 1,773.10) as an option.
The safety system on the new CLS includes observation proactively system Active Blind Spot Assist and changing lanes support systems Active Lane Keeping Assist.
Both are available in the Driving Assistance package Plus in conjunction with DISTRONIC PLUS, BAS PLUS and PRE-SAFE brakes for EUR 2,677 ($ 3,477).
