Five new Lotus models at the 2010 Paris Motor Show

The five models that Lotus brings to Paris this year, including the Elite, Esprit, Elan, Elise, Eterne Sports Sedan and the City Car Concept. These are the design and entirely new upgrade and first official public appearance at the Paris Motor Show.

Before the Paris Motor Show took place, Lotus has introduced a new design, the Lotus Elite. But the Elite is just the beginning, at the Paris Motor Show, Lotus has introduced entirely new four names, only the Esprit and the Elise is the upgrade version.

2014 Lotus Elite


The Coupe 2+2 was equipped by a 5.0-liter V8 engine with 620 horsepower and 720 Nm of torque. Combined with relatively light weight is 1,650 kg, the Elite can accelerate 0-100 km/h in less than 3.7 seconds and hit a top speed around 315 km/h. Pricing starts at £115,000 - the equivalent of $180,000.


2015 Lotus Eterne

 

When the Eterne was officially launched in 2015, it will be formidable opponents of the Aston Martin Rapide, one of the most beautiful cars in this segment. According to Lotus, the Eterne is also equipped by a 5.0-liter V8 engine with a maximum capacity of 620 horsepower.
 

2013 Lotus Elan


When the Elan was put into production, it will rival with the Audi R8. The Elan was still equipped with engines produced by Toyota, the car has a maximum capacity of about 400-470 horsepower.


City Car Concept


With the City Car Concept, first time, the British sports car manufacturer participates in the small car segment. Currently, Lotus has no plans to put the City Car Concept into production, so the parameters have not been announced.


2015 Lotus Elise


The car will replace the current generation Elise in 2015. The Elise was equipped with a 2.0-liter turbo engine with a maximum capacity up to 320 horsepower.


2013 Lotus Esprit


The Esprit was equipped with a 5.0-liter V8 engine with a maximum capacity of 550 horsepower in the basic version and 620 horsepower at the Esprit R.
