Renault DeZir Suddenly Appeared on the streets of Paris

Before official launch at the 2010 Paris Motor Show next month, the DeZir concept suddenly appeared on the street, attracting the attention of many people by strange forms and graceful.


The DeZir concept was designed to test a new style of Renault, with simple goals, nice and warm. The car uses electrical energy, use 24kWh lithium-ion battery like the Nissan Leaf, and also driving distance is 160km with a full battery. However, unlike the Leaf, the batteries of this concept was designed to quickly replace the battery, not charging (Quick Drop).

A 110kW electric motor enough to the coupe weighs 830kg acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5 seconds. Renault has not revealed plans to produce the DeZir.
